Pick a week which best suits you and stock up with plenty of water.

Day 1 (Monday)

Always try and do this in the morning:

1. Body brush for 10 minutes - drink ½ a pint of water
2. Bath in Seaweed Bath and Juniper Bath Essence, 4 drops of Orange and 4 drops of Peppermint Oil (mix into the bath products before adding, make sure the bath is not too hot - about 37ºC) for 15 to 20 minutes
3. Pat yourself dry - drink ½ a pint of water
4. Apply Dead sea Salt Cream to the areas that need a bit more attention - drink ½ a pint of water
5. Wrap yourself in a warm bathrobe of towel and rest for 10 to 15 minutes
