Our natural lemon oil is taken from the oil glands of the lemon peel by cold pressing and afterwards processed in a centrifuge. Approx. 200 kg of lemons are required to get 1 kg of essence.
Lemon is very light and heat sensitive and therefore we advise to store it in the refrigerator.
