Adding a few drops of the oil to a bath containing Relaxing Bath Essence, Camomile Foam Bath or St John’s Wort Bath can help add to the calming and relaxing effect.
The same can be applied to a Pedibath (foot bath). Can be mixed with Jüst creams and lotions such as Lavender Cream to help calm and promote well-being and massage using the Skin Function Oil.
It can also be used in a sauna or steam room and in the 4 Hour Oil Burner to help soothe stress.
