The oil from Lemon invigorates body and brain, stimulates concentration and strengthens memory so is excellent to use when working. It also has a very strong germicidal and antiseptic effect so is good for treating insect bites, nausea, stimulating the appetite and is also helpful in treating nosebleeds as it helps the blood to clot.
Generally, Lemon stimulates the auto defence system and therefore helps to protect against the symptoms of colds and flu.

SUGGESTED COMBINATIONS
To help stimulate and detoxify mix 3-4 drops into Seaweed and Watermelon Foam Bath before adding to the water. To help uplift and stimulate the brain, concentrate at work, and during exam study, add 2-3 drops of Lemon and Rosemary Oil to the Jüst Oil Burner. A few drops on tissue can help concentration during a long car journey.
To help lift a bad mood, help depression (S.A.D in winter) and to kill kitchen smells, use in a 4 Hour Oil Burner with 2-3 drops of Lemon and Orange Oil.
To refresh and stimulate the skin add 2-3 drops Lemon oil to 5ml Skin Function Oil.
