Rosemary is extremely useful during periods when concentration is required such as studying for exams and the working environment. It helps stimulate the blood circulation so therefore can help with low blood pressure, circulation problems, tired legs and sore muscles.
Due to its strengthening effect, it is a classic ingredient of many heart tonics and can also have a beneficial effect on gall bladder and liver problems when used as a compress or by adding 2 drops in tea.
Even in pet care Rosemary oil is useful, a couple of drops added to the pet shampoo will help irradiate louses and other parasites.
Important Note:
Do not use Rosemary oil during pregnancy or if epileptic.
