To support the effects of this product, it is recommended to apply after bathing in a Winter (Thyme) Bath and/or Mountain Hayseed Foam Bath . The Eucasol Spray also helps to clear blocked noses and support the beneficial effects of this product. Tea Tree, Thyme and Lavender Cream make a great ‘first-aid’ cream set.
