The Massage Brush is made from ‘natural’ bristles and can be used before, during or after bathing. Many physicians recommend brush massaging as it cleanses and activates blood circulation, thus improving the skin condition and immunity.

Dry brushing is recommended as it makes the body more receptive to the effects of bathing as dead skin cells are gently removed and circulation is improved. It is suggested to massage in soft circular movements from the bottom to the top of the body, (always in the direction of the heart) without irritating the skin. The process should take approximately 8/10 minutes.

The Massage brush cleans and opens the pores by carefully removing dead skin cells and is designed so all parts of the body can be reached. No soaps or detergents should be used as the brush provides a good and even cleansing. Unlike other exfoliating product such as loofars, the brush is hygienic as it can be washed and lasts for many years.
