How to send a Gift Card

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure that you are logged into your JustUK account on this site before you start.
2. From the pulldown menu choose how much you would like to spend.
3. Choose the date you want the recipient to receive their gift voucher (this will be sent to them via email so make sure you call them to make sure that they are aware that this has been sent to them). Sometimes emails will end up in spam folders so if they cannot find it in their inbox it may well be there. Any problems please contact us either by email at Just@justuk.net or call us 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday on 020 8339 0488.
4. Enter your name in ‘From’ so that the receiver knows who it has given this to them
5. Make sure you add a gift message, you have 300 characters so have fun!
6. As these vouchers are EVouchers the recipient has to have an email account for them to work. Under ‘Delivery Method’ please enter the recipient’s email address. It is important that you check this is correct before buy as they will not get their voucher. Enter their name in the field below that so that it personalises their Gift Card.
7. Finally, add to basket and proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

What happens next?

1. The recipient will receive an email on the date you have chosen with their personalised gift voucher.
2. The Gift Voucher will tell them the value, who it is from, a link to our website and the message you have written. It will also have a unique code that they will have to enter during the payment process when they make their purchase.
3. If the recipient has not purchase from our site previously then they will need to create an account before they can add items to their basket. If the recipient is not confident in doing this then they may need help. If they need help please tell them to contact us 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday on 020 8339 0488 and we will help them do that.
4. Any remaining value on the Gift Card after the first purchase can be used on future purchases. They need to enter their Gift Card code each time they purchase from the site until the total sum has been spent. The site will automatically work out the remaining credit. The recipient has 1 year from receipt of the card to redeem the full value on the Gift Voucher.

 Terms and conditions

1. This gift card is only valid for purchases made on the www.justuk.net website.
2. The voucher is valid for 365 days from the receipt date requested when purchased.
3. No cash refund is available on any remaining balance on the gift voucher.
4. The user must have or create an account on www.justuk.net in order to redeem the value of the Gift Card against purchases made on said site.
5. This Gift Card is only available for use for the purchase of products delivered to UK addresses excluding Nothern Ireland.
