Essences are obtained by distillation; they are highly concentrated and develop a considerable effect, at least five times higher as the bath extracts. As the herbs used are fat soluble and very volatile, they penetrate the body to 70 % through the skin and to 30% through the respiratory tracts. Due to their pureness they are can be recommended for constant applications and particularly as preventive treatment. 5-10 ml of the products are dissolved in warm water (35-37ºC).

USE

Pour approx. 5-10 ml into the filled bath tub and stir with your hand.
Don’t pour when water is still running into the tub because essential oils are very volatile.Remain approx. 20 min. in the bath tub. The ideal water temperature is 35-37°C. Rinse and towel dry without rubbing.
