When using Bath Essences it is important to have the bath water at body temperature of around 37˚C. This is the optimum temperature for the bath essences to penetrate the skin and take effect. If the water is too hot, the bath essences will evaporate too quickly before they are given the chance to be absorbed. Too cold and the pores in your skin will not open enough for the essences to be absorbed. For best results with our bath essences it is best to relax in the bath for between 15-20 minutes keeping the bath water temperature at 37˚C.
