USE

• Aroma therapy: Add 3 drops to the water of the aroma therapy lamp
• Massage: Add 3 – 5 drops to a massage oil
• Sauna: Add 3 – 5 drops to the sauna water
• Bath: Add 10 drops to the bathing water (you need an emulsifier like honey, milk or a Nahrin Patchouli-Jasmin Bath Essence)
• Steam bath: Add 3 – 5 drops to the water
• Hand and foot bath: Add 3 drops to a bowl filled with warm or tepid water
• Body care: Add 1 drop into a little bit of base cream for local skin application. Massage lightly until absorbed.
• Air humidifier: Add 3 drops to the water of the air humidifier
