Nahrin Eucalyptus Oil – 15ml

Eucalyptus oil has high anti-bacterial properties. it is beneficial to spray a room with Eucalyptus Oil to refresh it during the flu season. Eucalyptus Oil has a positive effect to our breathing system. It stimulates the supply of oxygen to all cells of the body tissue by activating the function of the red blood corpuscles. When suffering from a bad cough, the lungs can expel phlegm due to an improved function. This essence is ideal for use when suffering from respiratory track problems. It can be used to inhail, in the air humidifier, in the aromatherapy lamp or also as chest balm.

In the past and increasingly today eucalyptus oil is used to help relieve fever by making cold compresses and applying them to the legs as eucalyptus has a cooling effect.

It can also be used:

• To cleanse greasy skin to help with acne or as additive in an anti-dandruff shampoo.
• Insect repellent by adding to an aromatherapy lamp.
• As an aid to concentration.
• A combination with thyme oil, which has similar benefits and will enhance its respiratory properties.
• Combines well with lemon and lavender oil.

USE

• Aroma therapy: Add 3 drops to the water of the aroma therapy lamp
• Aerosol: Add 3 – 5 drops in an aerosol spray
• Friction: 1 drop per rub on energy point
• Massage: Add 3 – 5 drops to a massage oil
• Sauna: Add 3 – 5 drops to the sauna water
• Bath: Add 10 drops to the bathing water (you need an emulsifier like honey, milk or a Nahrin Thyme Bath Essence)
• Steam bath: Add 3 – 5 drops to the water
• Foot bath: Add 3 drops to a bowl filled with warm or tepid water
• Skin: Add 1 drop into a little bit of base cream for local skin application. Massage lightly until absorbed.
• Air humidifier: Add 3 drops to the water of the air humidifier
