In these days of lock down getting our daily exercise is a little difficult.

It can take a toll on our pets and ornaments as we flail our bodies around the living room. In a quest for something to satisfy my body and soul I checked out Tai Chi. It isn’t just a great way to start your morning but is gentle a great for the mind. Tai Chi has also shown to be helpful for people suffering from arthritis.
